Scope of Work

USPAP defines Scope of Work as "the type and extent of research and analyses in an appraisal or appraisal review assignment." (USPAP 2014-2015 edition, Page U-4)

The Scope of Work is the foundation for the appraisal assignment and is based on the needs and requests of the client.
